Dr.Md.Shamim Firdous, is HOD and Associate Professor in the Department. Dr. Firdous was educated both at Aligarh Muslim University and the University of Burdwan (W.B). Mr. Firdous is an acclaimed researcher and actively engaghed in research. He has published more than thirty one (31) articles in different journals of International standard. He has written more than eighteen (18) books on several aspects of history.
