Dr. Shahanwaz Khan is currently working as Assistant Professor under the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Aliah University, Kolkata, India. He graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Tripura University, Agartala (Presently known as National Institute of Technology, Agartala), India in the year 2000. He completed his M.Tech in Thermal Engineering under the Department of Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Silchar in the year 2011. He completed Ph.D. from National Institute of Technology, Agartala, India in 2021. He served about 6 (six)  years as faculty member (Contractual) under the Department of Mechanical Engineering, NIT Agartala, India, before joining Aliah University, Kolkata on 31st December, 2015.
