Dr. Syed Mohammad Yawar
B.A.LL.B., LL.M., UGC-NET, Ph.D. (JMI, New Delhi).
Dr. Syed Mohammad Yawar is currently working as Head of Department (Off.) and Assistant Professor, Department of Law, Aliah University, Kolkata, West Bengal. He was previously teaching at Faculty of Law, Jamia Milllia Islamia (A Central University), New Delhi. Dr. Yawar specialized in Competition law in both in Post Graduate and Research level. He has taught Jurisprudence and Constitutional Law at the Masters Level. He has his key publications in the field of Competition Law in reputed journals.
