Dr. Syed Mohammad Yawar, Assistant Professor, Department of Law, Aliah University, Kolkata, West Bengal, is currently on lien. He previously taught at the Faculty of Law, Jamia Milllia Islamia (A Central University), New Delhi. Dr. Yawar specialized in Competition law at both Post Graduate and Research levels. He has taught Jurisprudence and Constitutional Law at the Masters Level. He has his key publications in the field of Competition Law in reputed journals.
